The wife and I signed the contract yesterday to buy the condo. We will close in June after renovations are finished. Now all we have to do is pick out what renovations we want and sit back and wait. Aaaahhhhhh.

So your on the penthouse floors right?
Yay for closing on the box (condo) I'm very excited to see it. I think you should have a room especially for me and decorate it with hippy gear like flowers and beads and flip flops and stuff.
Ummmm, located slightly below the penthouse (Like on the 19th floor). However, I think I have a stack of Playboys somewhere if it makes any difference.
Eeds, we do have a room for you. It is the hall closet. You can decorate it however you want.
I checked out the website. Which size box are you buying, the one bedroom, two bedroom, studio, or convertible? Second, does your box come with a hobo? I definitely think it should because that way you can send him on beer runs. Plus, you could pay him in Mad Dog 50/50.
We are buying a two-bedroom on the Northwest corner.
No bums come with it, but that's ok. The liquor store on the corner has FREE DELIVERY.
Yup. Only about a block and a half Northeast from where I live now.
